We are looking for likeminded people who want to join the movement that is changing the way healthcare is being delivered.   What To Expect: - Oversees and manages the entire company safety program to affect culture change and eliminate injuries. - Understand and utilize the safety systems in place to capture all observations, near misses, incidents and injuries for effective and complete resolution and future prevention following the safety pyramid approach to minimizing hazards. - Act as the company representative in dealing with government agencies on safety and health matters that affect the company. - Prepare and update written safety programs, hazard analysis and other policies based on the workplace need and regulations. - Focus on process improvement, innovative problem solving and critical thinking approaches to mitigate risk. - Communicate and present reports with varying levels of senior leadership, managers, and supervisors in related business units.   What You Will Contribute: - Bachelor’s Degree in Safety field or equivalent; 5-10 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
