We're seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated integrative/functional medicine clinician with a specialization in GI Health to join our exceptional team.   What to Expect: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing Clinical Education and Product Marketing Activities to drive the success of our hormone health program. Your duties will include overseeing messaging and creating literature associated with the program and products, providing training and technical support to our Sales and Customer Service teams, and identifying clinical tools to support healthcare professionals in effectively utilizing the program.   This position is onsite Mon through Friday at our Barrington Office.   What You Will Contribute: - At least two (2) years of Integrative/Functional Clinical experience as a licensed healthcare provider (Required). - Your expertise in utilizing nutrition and lifestyle interventions to address GI Health will be invaluable. - Ability to effectively communicate clinical concepts in both verbal and written formats. - A bachelor’s degree in science or nutrition is required, and 3-5 years of sales and/or marketing experience would be preferred. - Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll need to convey clinical concepts effectively through verbal and written communication formats. What to Expect: - This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm. - Facilitate the warehousing and movement of materials and packages within the facility. - Place raw materials and components into the correct areas after completing the appropriate documentation when materials are received. - Handle all material returns and involve the Quality department for approval of materials. - Review and identify shortages and other abnormalities with inventory – communicate to your supervisor for adjustment and organize inventory stock daily and receiving room. - Receive and lot control raw materials and components by following the appropriate procedures. - Sample raw materials and components by following the appropriate procedures. - Inform supervisor of any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the integrity of the raw materials, components or finished product. What You Will Contribute: - At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). - Prior forklift (PIT) experience preferred. - Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, and inventory tracking preferred. - The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 65 pounds. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer, who will support and participate in the design and development process for creating and maintaining SQL Server BI stacks (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and SQL Server BI Databases. The position will work with a team to maintain/enhance the existing company-wide Business Intelligence Platform and implement the daily activities of the Corporate Reporting and Data Platform.  This exciting role will work with all departments and executives by helping to put data into useful and meaningful reports to make business decisions easier.   This position on on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm in either the Stevens Point, WI or Barrington, IL office.     What to Expect:   - Gather user requirements for custom database reporting; troubleshoot SQL, reporting functionality and performance issues. - Analyze business needs and provide technology solutions in support of IT Portfolio Management process. - Design and build Reporting services that meet user/business specifications. - Develop, maintain, and enhance ETL processes throughout the Reporting and BI Platforms - Implement the expansion of OLAP platform to fulfill business reporting needs. - Analyze design and develop SQL Server Analysis Services tabular cubes. - Use Visual Studio and Team Foundations Server to manage the reporting BI Platforms - Support Power BI source data workflow and efficient data model design incorporating best practices. - Support and maintain data integrity and security in BI databases. - Plan and implement testing/deployment and coordinate with infrastructure team.   What You Will Contribute:   - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Management Information Systems - 3-5 years’ experience with SQP Server BI Platform (2008R2-2016, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS) - 3-5 years’ experience with SQL Server Administration (SQL Server 2008R2-2016) - 3-5 years’ experience with business analysis – designing and implementing solutions for business needs. - 1-2 years’ experience with Power BI integration and data source design Visual Studio and use of Team Foundation Server, Agile and Scrum Methodologies - 1-2 years’ SQL Server administration (maintenance plans, performance tuning) - Expert knowledge of T-SQL / DAX - Exhibits character qualities of diligence, cooperation, flexibility, orderliness, and thoroughness.
