Overview

Maintenance Inventory Coordinator 

 

Responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing maintenance parts and materials, and ensuring accurate documentation of maintenance, regulatory, and project-related work. This role supports reliable and efficient equipment operation by ensuring maintenance work is properly planned, resourced, documented, and communicated to ensure completion of work. 

 

What to Expect:

  • Research, source, order, receive, and stock maintenance parts and materials to support timely maintenance execution. 
  • Manage maintenance inventory, including maintaining accurate records and setting reorder points to minimize stock-outs while staying within approved budget.
  • Manage maintenance-related vendor and purchasing activities, including obtaining quotes, issuing and tracking purchase orders, resolving discrepancies, and reviewing and approving vendor invoices for payment within the designated software system in accordance with company policies. 
  • Coordinate and prioritize maintenance work orders, ensuring clear scope, proper approvals, and alignment with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements. 

What You Will Contribute:

  • 1-3 years experience with work orders, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing or administrative support in a technical setting. 
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associates Degree, technical coursework or experience in maintenance, business administration, supply chain or manufacturing. 
  • Basic understanding of production equipment or maintenance operations and terminology. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines. 
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills. 
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • OSHA 10 Hour

  • The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $56,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
