Ortho Molecular Products is looking for a Quality Systems Validation Technician to join our team—where your scientific or technical expertise truly makes an impact. Ideal for candidates with experience in regulated manufacturing—such as dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, food, or medical devices—this role offers growth in validation and quality systems.
This is a full-time, on-site role Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at our Stevens Point, WI. facility.
What to Expect:
- Support execution of established quality system programs in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the day-to-day maintenance of program activities, including data entry, tracking, and coordination.
- Generate standard reports to support validation efforts and provide visibility into program status.
- Contribute to the revision of validation protocols, procedures, and related quality program documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of validation deliverables, including protocols, test scripts, and summary reports.
- Participate in the execution of test scripts to validate process changes, system updates and upgrades.
- Provide general support for quality improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Respond to basic inquiries and provide technical assistance.
What You Will Contribute:
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Biology, or a related field is preferred; candidates with an Engineering background who demonstrate strong process orientation and documentation skills will also be considered.
- Excel proficiency required.
- Knowledge of cGMP principles (21 CFR Part 111 or related regulations).
- Experience supporting or executing validation activities such as equipment qualification, cleaning validation, or computer/software validation.
- Strong skills in technical writing, protocol/report preparation, and data analysis.
- A detail-oriented, organized approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A willingness to learn and adapt, particularly in applying validation principles to equipment and cleaning protocols.

- The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
