Operations Planning Analyst

What To Expect:

We are looking for a creative and determined Operations Planning Analyst, to create and manage the production and supply chain planning processes. This includes analyzing and identifying issues, organizing operation resources and making operation decisions to support and deliver to customer demand.

• Create forecasts of operational needs based on historical data and expected demand to create efficiency in production and reduce backorders.
• Analyze and create all production orders in accordance with forecasts and expected demands to maintain adequate inventory.
• Develop contingency plans and recommend adjustments the production schedule based on product movement or raw material availability.
• Understand the capacity constraints and work center load capability for each work center within the manufacturing environment.
• Manage the release of production orders when materials and supplies are available for use.
• Routinely interact with other departments on system and process improvements.

What You Will Contribute:

• Bachelor’s degree in Math Sciences or related field, or Associates Degree with 2+ years of related experience in mathematics business applications preferred.
• Proficient knowledge in the use of Microsoft Suite applications.
• Experience with SharePoint and Navision preferred, but not required.
