This position is onsite Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4pm. Location: Stevens Point, WI.

What to Expect:

• Select proper cartons, arrange products, and pack shipments to ensure orders arrive undamaged.
• Use ERP and shipping extensions to create shipping labels.
• Perform responsibilities at defined levels of productivity to ensure orders are shipped on time.
• Prepare and pack gaylords for large shipments or transfer orders.
• Process specialized instructions or customer requests on orders (i.e., shipping on ice).
• Replenish shipping station supplies as necessary.
• Resolve order issues to deliver exceptional customer service.

What You Will Contribute:

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and maintenance software (WMS) preferred but not required.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 55 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
