This position is onsite Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. Location: Stevens Point, WI.

What to Expect:

• Manages, maintains, and improves the company's quality programs, to ensure compliance with internal procedures, FDA regulations and industry standards.
• Create and revise, using technical writing skills, controlled documents (ex: SOPs, forms, work instructions) that are in compliance with internal standards as well as external regulatory requirements.
• Investigate, perform root cause analysis and trigger corrective or preventative actions to fix the problem.
• Supports new product development to comply with 21 CFR 111 Dietary Supplement Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Review and approve specifications to support the manufacturing of dietary supplements in accordance with 21 CFR 111.70.
• Support Quality system programs such as change control, CAPA, validation, document control, quality risk management, etc. 

What You Will Contribute:

• BS/BA degree in a related science field or 5-7 years’ experience in related science/business field required.
• Advanced knowledge of quality systems and/or quality auditing.
• Advanced knowledge of Good Manufacturing Regulations.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (includes Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), experience in SharePoint, remote tools (Teams and Zoom), ERP systems desired, and document management system.

• The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
