Business Insights Analyst

This on-site role requires availability Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm in Stevens Point, WI. This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity.

We are seeking a critical thinker with energy and initiative to help us develop strategic roadmaps and identify the capabilities needed to drive business excellence. In this role, you will:

What to Expect: 

• Research, aggregate, and analyze the competitive landscape, industry trends, voice of the customer, supply chain, regulatory, and other stakeholder input, translating quantitative and qualitative data and research into defensible and actionable recommendations to executive leaders
• Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams in optimizing system performance and synergies, including interpreting data to drive systemic improvements and sustained excellence  
• Evaluate processes and systems against the Baldrige Excellence Framework to leverage strengths and identify opportunities for improvement
• Identify data and business intelligence needed for robust analysis to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and initiatives
• Work with the IT team to identify solutions that accelerate our strategic position by aligning technological developments with business goals
• Help identify key tactical objectives aligned with our strategic position to inform growth opportunities and address potential risks

What you will Contribute:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Process Engineering, or related field
• Advanced mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for team-building and presenting findings and recommendations to leadership
• Thorough understanding of business fundamentals, including key strategic concepts and frameworks
• Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
• Two years’ research experience preferred

• The salary range for this position is $78,000 - $88,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
