Please note: This role requires full-time, on-site work at Barrington, IL. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.  

What to Expect:

• Manage and coordinate the planning, collateral development, and timelines for all promotional programs.
• Manage and communicate promotions and market materials to sales representatives and customer service representatives.
• Maintain and report metrics and best practices for future success.
• Monitor industry promotional trends and communicate new ideas to the Director of Integrated Marketing.
• Maintain and perform promotional related updating to the company website.

What You Will Contribute:

• Bachelor’s degree or applicable experience
• 3-5 years of sales and or marketing experience preferred
• Expert Level of Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• High level of organizational ability with skills in timeline management
• Ability to work independently to achieve pre-determined goals
• Attentiveness and Diligence
