We're seeking a talented Quality Systems Supervisor to join our dynamic team on-site! This role is 100% on-site Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm at our Stevens Point, Wisconsin location.

What to Expect:

• Oversee Quality System activities to ensure dietary ingredients and dietary supplements are manufactured, packaged, and held in a manner to prevent adulteration.
• Assist with customer complaint investigation corrective actions.
• Manage environmental monitoring program including storage conditions of materials and products.
• Manage internal and external vendor audit program.
• Assist in hosting regulatory agencies and customers performing audits.
• Assess quality initiatives by organizing, leading, and implementing process efficiencies and instituting improvements.
• Manage assigned direct reports and resources within the Quality Systems Unit.

What You Will Contribute:

• BS/BA degree in a related Science field or Business Administration; 2-4 years’ experience in a regulatory compliance environment required.
• 5+ years of experience executing essential job duties.
• Basic knowledge of quality systems and/or quality auditing with at least one year of experience in an FDA regulated facility.
• Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Regulations.
• ASQ certification desired; CMQ/OE (Manager of Quality/Operational Excellence), CQA (Quality Auditor).
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (includes Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint); experience in SharePoint and ERP systems desired.
