Overview

Ortho Molecular Products is actively recruiting an enthusiastic and high energy Talent Acquisition Specialist (Corporate Recruiter) to join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team. The position will be primarily focused on attracting and retaining talented candidates to a variety of roles. This fulltime position is an ideal opportunity for an upcoming individual seeking a purposeful vision driven growth organization.  You will be responsible for meeting company staffing objectives by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates that share the same values as Ortho Molecular Products. This individual is responsible for building and maintaining a strong recruiting process that develops ongoing relationships with candidates to convert to hires and provide candidates with opportunities to learn more about Ortho Molecular Products company culture.

 

What to Expect:

  • This position is exclusively onsite Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.  
  • Implement an overall recruiting strategy aligned with company hiring objectives.
  • Develop and manage a consistent talent pipeline using technology tools implemented; research updated tech tools for recruiting to make recommendations.
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks like career fairs. Engage unique and hidden talent pockets to attract a diverse, high-performing talent pool and position specific talent.
  • Partner with organizational leaders to assist in developing plans for approved future key hires.
  • Manage relationship with sourcing partners (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), to utilize tools to maximize those relationships to provide the highest-quality applicant.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics. Use metrics to suggest process improvements in recruiting, iCIMS and reporting spreadsheets.
  • Support the function and use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage all requisitions.
  • Research third party agencies as needed to make recommendations to meet staffing needs.
  • Research the best career fairs that meet our recruiting needs and staff the career fairs.
  • Organize and track all incoming resumes. Professionally responding to active candidate inquiries.
  • Maintain network of industry and association contacts across spectrum of positions and technical skill sets.
  • Apply all pre-hire assessments, background, and reference checks. Aptitude to understand assessments in order to gauge a candidate’s ability to succeed in position.

What You Will Contribute:

  • Sales Recruiting experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent, years of related experience.
  • Strong commitment to high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to work in a team and individually, with a teamwork mindset.
  • Strong work ethic with ability to perform all assigned projects/tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of recruitment experience, ATS experience, Microsoft Office suite proficient.
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed with the ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new software applications quickly. 
  • Character qualities of Cooperation, Diligence, Enthusiasm, Initiative, and Thoroughness.
