Ortho Molecular Products is looking for a flexible, persistent, and motivated Accounts Receivable Credit & Collections Specialist to join our team!  The Accounting department at Ortho is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical for success.

What you will do:

The full-time, hourly position, is located at our corporate office in Lake Barrington, IL.  Strong communication skills are essential as the Accounts Receivable Credit & Collections Specialist since you will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries. We are looking for the contributions of this valuable team member to help refine existing processes to meet tomorrow’s needs. 

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable/Collections experience, an Associate’s Degree in Accounting (preferred)
• Thorough knowledge of the Accounts Receivable business cycle and Accounting principles (GAAP)
• Experience with credit applications, including obtaining appropriate bank and trade references
• Ability to recommend and monitor credit limits to mitigate losses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, emphasis in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to switch tasks easily
