In this highly visible role, you will lead a team of BI professionals to drive assessment analysis and business decisions within the organization including key financial performance, operational and emerging business metrics, and trends.

As a Senior Business Intelligence Manager, you will also develop and continuously improve tools that: facilitate performance tracking and analysis, support and improve decision-making, and drive operational improvements and efficiencies.

What you will do:

• Develop/manage standardized KPIs and KRIs reporting for key business areas to effectively monitor performance.
• Partner with senior leaders across organization to understand business goals, consult on data strategies, and produce repeatable, data-driven outcomes.
• Build and grow a team of BI Developers, data modelers and analysts to develop strategies to advance enterprise data analytics.
• Oversee the ongoing development and operations of BI tools and deliver/educate through change.
• Empower business leaders by providing guidance on self-service reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Champion large data mining that provides continuous process improvements.
• Partner with IT leadership to ensure consistent data availability, quality, and COGS/pricing analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams on forecasting, costing, and COGS/pricing.
• Responsible for overall maintenance and long-term sustainability of the BI environment, visualization tools and reporting data structure.
• Create a culture that incorporates data analysis, business intelligence, data visualization, data science, and advanced analytics.
• Work with departmental leaders to build smart dashboards and/or predictive models that provide business insight that accelerates decision-making and communication with employee base.
• Promote the use of a data warehouse structure for all reporting to reduce burden on ERP and supporting systems.
• Help clearly communicate business KPIs, KRIs and metrics that supports employee communication and engagement.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree preferred) with 5-8 years of experience leading in Business Intelligence or Analytics role and proven ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and process flow.
• Experience with FDA-regulated environments preferred.
• Strong systems skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), NAV, PowerBI and SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment desired.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience supervising employees.
• Highly detail- oriented and organized with outstanding analytical and problem-solving ability at both strategic and functional levels.
• Excellent planning, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities.
