1st Shift hours are 10am-7pm

• Effectively communicates, both written and verbally
• Troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues that are technical in nature assisting our customers with website registrations and order entry questions.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and problems; research and provide a resolution
• Solve problems that may be unstructured and require use of conceptual thinking.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy and build rapport
• Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer service experience and business performance

What we are looking for:

• 3 years’ experience in Customer Service role. Preferably a call center
• High School education required, college degree a plus
• Solid understanding of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook & Internet)
