    Responsible to work closely with the LMRC Business Development Manager and Marketing Team to provide logistical support and planning for assembling, shipping, and inventory control of LMRC resources as well as support for corporate trade shows and events to ensure successful execution


    • Manage the assembly, labeling and shipping of LMRC resource orders
    • Manage packaging inventory, provide stocking support and replenishment information in company directed manner.
    • Website order management as designated for LMRC support.
    • Coordinate shipment of resources and collateral to trade shows
    • Coordination with orders taken at trade shows in the Point-of-Sales System (Lightspeed) to verify leads, input orders and develop sales team leads list.
    • Receive and audit inventory from trade shows with CSR for supply chain inventory adjustment.


    • College degree and combined experience and/or applicable work-related experience
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results
    • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally
    • Concise and effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Basic Level of working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
    • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and time management skills
    • Strong organizational and planning skills
    • Ability to work independently to achieve pre-determined goals
    • Physical Demand:  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, lift, bend, and talk or hear.  The employee must lift and/or move supplies, products, and show materials up to 50lbs.
